• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the delivery/service address, an on-site contact, your booking details (dumpster size, material type, delivery date and window, rental length), and the electronic acknowledgment and signature you provide when you book.
• Payment information: card payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type), and, if enabled, website-analytics data about how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

• Process and fulfill your booking, and schedule delivery and pickup
• Contact you about your order — confirmations, scheduling, and a courtesy call
• Provide customer service and respond to your questions
• Send a follow-up email asking you to review your experience
• Keep business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

3. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference for your booking, not your full card number.

4. Email and review requests

We use Mailchimp to manage customer contacts and to send booking confirmations and occasional review requests or service updates to our customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe), email/CRM provider (Mailchimp), mapping/distance provider (Google), and our website host — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
